Bravecto Chewable Tablets

The active ingredient in Bravecto, fluralaner, an ectoparasiticide belonging to the isoxazoline group, is systemically active against fleas and ticks (black legged tick, American dog tick, and brown dog tick), delivering protection for up to 12 full weeks. It also kills lone star ticks for 8 weeks. Presented in a palatable flavored chew that dogs accept readily.

Bravecto Plus

Bravecto Plus is a fluralaner-containing systemic treatment with potent immediate and persistent tick and flea killing activity that lasts for 12 weeks after topical application to cats. It also contains moxidectin and has a broader spectrum of activity against roundworm and hookworm. It also helps to prevent heartworm disease for 8 weeks.

Bravecto Spot On

A fast-acting flea and tick protection in an easy-to-administer topical solution for cats. Lasts up to 12 weeks* with just a single dose. It also kills American dog ticks for eight weeks.

Caninsulin

Caninsulin, an intermediate-acting insulin is indicated in the treatment of diabetes mellitus in dogs and cats.

Dimazon 5% w/v Solution for Injection

As a diuretic drug, Dimazon contains 50 mg/ml of Furosemide (as the monoethanolamine salt). The product also contains 0.234 mg/ml Miripirium Chloride, 1 mg/ml Disodium Edetate Dihydrate and 1.8 mg/ml Sodium sulphite anhydrous as antioxidants. For the treatment of edema associated with cardiac insufficiency and acute non-inflammatory tissue edema in dogs, cats and horses.

Dolorex

Dolorex is an aqueous, colourless solution and is intended for use where short (horse and dog) and short to medium (cat) duration analgesia is required. Each ml contains Butorphanol 10 mg (equivalent to butorphanol tartrate 14.6 mg) and benzethonium chloride 0.1 mg.

Nobivac DHPPI

For active immunization of dogs against canine distemper, canine hepatitis, canine parvovirus with a three year minimum duration of immunity and canine parainfluenza virus with a one year duration of immunity. (It contains live, attenuated, freeze dried canine distemper virus, canine adenovirus-2 (CAV2), canine parvovirus and canine parainfluenza virus. The vaccine contains attenuated antigens to stimulate active immunity in dogs against canine distemper virus, canine parvovirus, infectious canine hepatitis caused by canine adenovirus 1 and respiratory disease caused by canine adenovirus type 2 and canine parainfluenza virus.)

Nobivac FeLV

It is an inactivated vaccine against feline leukemia, which contains 102 microgram per ml of purified p45 FeLV-envelope antigen, obtained by genetic recombination of a strain of E. coli. The antigenic suspension is adjuvanted with 0.1 ml of a 3% aluminium hydroxide gel and with 10 microgram purified extract of Quillaja saponaria.

Nobivac Kennel Cough (KC)

Infectious tracheobronchitis is a highly contagious, multifactorial disease of the dog’s respiratory tract. Bordetella bronchiseptica and canine parainfluenza are the most common bacterial and viral agents associated with the disease. Environmental factors such as stress, ventilation and climate may also contribute. Nobivac KC is a low volume dose (0.4ml), easy to administer, intranasal vaccine which acts against both the key causative agents of infectious tracheobronchitis and provides protection within 72 hours and lasts for at least 12 months. It can be used in puppies as young as three weeks and in pregnant dogs.

Nobivac LEPTO

This dog vaccine contains a liquid suspension of Leptospira interrogans serogroups Canicola (strain Ca 12- 000) and Icterohaemorrhagiae (strain 820K).

Nobivac Puppy DP

Recommended for the vaccination of healthy dogs 4 weeks of age and older as an aid in the prevention of disease caused by canine distemper virus and canine parvovirus.

Nobivac Rabies

It is an inactivated vaccine for control of rabies in dogs and cats.

Nobivac Tricat Trio

Live vaccine for the active immunization of cats to reduce clinical signs caused by an infection with feline calicivirus (FCV) and feline herpes virus type 1 (FHV1) and to prevent clinical signs, virus excretion and leucopenia caused by feline panleucopenia virus (FPLV).

Optimmune Opthalmic Ointment

It is indicated for the therapeutic treatment of keratoconjunctivitis sicca (KCS, `dry eye’) and chronic superficial keratitis (`pannus’). KCS is a common condition, affecting 1/22 of all dogs. It is painful and, if not correctly managed, can result in permanent blindness. Optimmune may be used to augment topical corticosteroids or as a substitute for corticosteroids when these are contraindicated by corneal ulceration.

Panacur Small Animal Oral Suspension

A broad spectrum anthelmintic for the treatment of domestic dogs and cats infected with immature and mature stages of nematodes of the gastro-intestinal and respiratory tracts.

Posatex

It contains 8.5 mg/ml orbifloxacin, 0.9 mg/ml mometasone furoate (as monohydrate) and 0.9 mg/ml posaconazole and is indicated for the treatment of otitis externa which is one of the most common dog ear problems and simply involves inflammation of the ear canal.

Scalibor

It is designed to control infestations with ticks for 5 to 6 months. Control of blood sucking by phlebotomine sand flies for a period of 5 to 6 months. Anti-feeding effect on adult mosquitoes of the species Culex pipiens for 6 months.

Schirmer Tear Test

A diagnostic test to measure the rate of tear production in canine eyes. Used in the evaluation of conjunctivitis to diagnose tear deficiency as a contributing factor to ocular surface diseases and to assess lacrimal gland function.

T-61

Euthanasia solution, to be used only on unconscious animals. Each mL of T-61 contains 200 mg embutramide which produces a strong narcotic action and concurrently paralyses the respiratory centre, 50 mg mebezonium iodide which produces a curariform paralytic action on striated skeletal and respiratory muscles and rapidly induces circulatory collapse and 5 mg tetracaine hydrochloride, in aqueous solution.

Vivitonin Tablets

For improvement in dullness, lethargy and overall demeanour in dogs. Vivitonin is particularly useful in older dogs, where it may increase willingness to exercise and exercise tolerance. Propentofylline has been shown to increase blood flow, particularly of the heart and skeletal muscle.
